Dr. Pat Griffith, M.D. - Pain Source Solutions
As the founder of Pain Source Solutions in North Kansas City, Missouri,
Dr. Pat Griffith is very proud of his practice and excited as he looks
toward the future.
"Pain Management is a growing field that is constantly changing," said
Griffith. "I am always eager to help my patients overcome their
problems and live a pain free life."
Dr. Griffith's path to Pain Source Solutions has given him many enriching
experiences.
Graduating from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine
in 1989, Dr. Griffith went on to do his internship in General Surgery
at the University of Arkansas. He completed his residency in St.
Louis at Barnes-Jewish Medical Center and St. Louis Children’s
Hospital in 1993. Post-residency, Dr. Griffith remained at Barnes
as an anesthesiologist and to staff the pain clinic for a year. In
1994, Dr. Griffith returned to Kansas City as a Staff Anesthesiologist
and the Director of Acute & Chronic Pain Management at Providence
Medical Center.
Dr. Griffith is certified by the American Board of Pain Medicine and
the American Board of Anesthesiology. In addition, Dr. Griffith
is a Fellow in the Interventional Practice of Pain with the
World Institute of Pain (WIP), an internationally based group of leading
pain physicians throughout the world.
Sean Clinefelter, M.D. - Pain Source Solutions
Sean Clinefelter, MD is a native to the Kansas City area. He is excited
to return to the area in 2005 and join Dr. Griffith at Pain Source Solutions. Dr.
Clinefelter received his Medical Degree from the University of Iowa
College of Medicine and then completed an Anesthesiology Residency at
Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine.
As Dr. Clinefelter said, "Pain medicine is a fast evolving
field that encompasses many medical specialties. It is technically challenging
but can be very rewarding. It is truly satisfying when a patient finds
relief after suffering for years."
Dr. Clinefelter has received a Pain Fellowship from Brigham and Women's
Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts, a Harvard affiliated hospital system.
He is also Board Certified in Anesthesiology with a Sub-Specialty certification in Pain
Management.
His
areas of interest include Implantable Pain Devices and all aspects of
chronic pain management.
Danish Zaidi, M.D. - Pain Source Solutions
Dr. Zaidi is excited to return to his hometown of Kansas City. He is fellowship trained in Anesthesiology/Pain Management and offers comprehensive Pain Management Services. He is joining Dr. Patrick Griffith, M.D, Dr. Sean Clinefelter, M.D. and Eleece Kaiser, APNP at North Kansas City Hospital.
Eleece Kaiser, APNP - Pain Source Solutions
Eleece Kaiser, FNP-C has a vast history of pain management in her nursing career. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in nursing degree from the University of Central Missouri ? Warrensburg and has a Master?s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Walden University. She has previously worked in many areas as a Registered Nurse at North Kansas City Hospital for 6 years before joining Pain Source Solutions. Eleece is Nationally Board Certified through American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Eleece believes that with the proper body mechanics, alternative therapies, and medical treatment plans, Chronic Pain will not be a life-long hurdle but a manageable disease process that patients can overcome with the help of their providers and support systems. Eleece?s favorite part of pain management is that she is able to treat the patient as a whole, such as the patients Mind, Body, and Spirit.
